Reports offers a solution to parks that still work with individual memo's and notes. Reports ensures a clear way of introducing, processing and settling reports (cases), complaints and breakdowns. The materials used and the hours worked by technical staff can also be processed.
Reports can be handled by means of a list or alternatively through a PDA. When a case has been dealt with the relevant information can be entered onto the list by the technical staff, and then transferred into Reports by administration.
If a choice has been made not to use a PDA, then Reports can print a list of the current open cases. Using this list an employee can see which cases still need to be handled. Once the case has been remedied it can be registered in Reports as solved. It's also possible to add to the case information any materials used, the number of hours worked, and other observations and characteristics. Also the possibility to pass costs on to departments, the owners of properties or third parties has been taken into account.
