TIBOS is a reservation system which is suitable for every recreation company. Because TIBOS can be configured for every need, it can serve as a reservation system for every organisation that handles bookings or works as an intermediary for reservations. In this way it doesn't matter if a booking relates to bungalows, chalets, camp sites, short term, annual or seasonal accomodation, trekkers huts or hotel rooms.

An important part of the reservation system is the users interface. Where possible all important functions are combined into a single users screen using well-organized tabs. Even for inexperienced Windows users this system is simple to operate. With a single mouse click you can transfer from the reservations section to make changes to the tabs planning, addresses, payments, objects and lists.

Beside the extensive possibilities for printing various lists, TIBOS makes it possible to export data to other Microsoft programs. TIBOS is compatible with a number of Windows programs and enables you to transfer data, and continue to work on it, in programs such as Word, Excel and Access.

TIBOS is a modularly built software system. This provides the possibility to determine the appropriate license to fit the size and need of the recreation park concerned. TIBOS also retains the potential to grow with its clients as the standard functions of all 3 TIBOS systems are the same.

Here below we have listed a number of characteristics which you can use to help assess which TIBOS licence best fits your organisational needs.

TIBOS Light:

TIBOS Light is particularly suitable for smaller recreation companies. These companies usually need no more than 1 work station. The total number of objects are limited to 350 for camping companies or a maximum of 50 for bungalow parks.

TIBOS:

TIBOS is best for medium sized recreation companies. These companies usually need no more than 4 TIBOS work stations supported by an MS-ACCESS database. An open database structure is guaranteed.

TIBOS+:

TIBOS+ is specially created for larger, independent recreation companies or for organisations which have several locations (concerns). These recreation companies generally need 5 or more TIBOS work stations where the database works with MS-SQL. An open database structure is guaranteed.
