For support and comments concerning the TIBOS product line you can get help from our support service. This can be done by telephone, or via our e-mail service helpdesk@cat.nl. We have an accessible help desk staffed by employees with an enormous amount of experience in the recreation industry.

The helpdesk is open from Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00 to 17:00) through our phone number +31 (0)413 483131. TIBOS users with a Maintenances Support Agreement can in case of emergency even call on our weekend service.
