Ticksys Service Planner will be web-based.
Many parks have already opted for Ticksys for monitoring / handling reports and malfunctions for the technical service. An indispensable tool for some parks, sometimes handling 500 reports per month.
However, due to the technical design of Ticksys chosen in the past, we now ran into technical limitations. This made us decide to re-develop Ticksys where Ticksys is web-based and no longer installed locally. A development that we started a year ago. Thanks to this new development, we can now better respond to developments in the market.
If you have Reports, you will be approached by us in the coming months to make an appointment for migration to Ticksys online. If you are not yet working with Ticksys, this development may be reason to contact us.
