Reports provides a clear structure when registering, processing and handling notifications. The notifications that are entered at the reception are automatically placed on the smartphone or tablet of the employee who will resolve the problem. The technical employee who solves the report on location can have it handled, possibly with a comment and hours and materials spent on it.
